1) Open The Image In Pics art Got Draw
2) Add New Empty Layer Above the Image
3) Now Add The Colors You Want to Add on Image
4)Now Overlay The Color Layer..
Second Method :
5)Ok And Now Open Effects > Color > Add Color ..
6) Select The Colors And Try Darken,Multiply Or Overlay Tool And Apoy As Suit Image or You Like

7) Got effects>Color>invert Now Select The Color You Want To add Erase Onther Part And Aply This as Darken Multiply Or Overlay As You Want
